If you won $100,000,000 in the lottery, how would you spend it?

Katie said-"If I won a hundred million I would start off by opening an orphanage. It has always been a dream of mine to place orphans with loving families and if I had a lot of money, I could make it my life's work. After that, I would give large amounts to each member of my family and each member of Sean's family. I would invest a large part of it for the future and for Maeve's future. Then I would buy a nice house (not a huge house, but a nice one.) I would go out shopping for new furniture and decorate it the way I have always wanted to decorate, but never could afford to...I guess I would also have to have a house in the Hampton's so I could stay there when I went to visit mom and dad and they could use it as a house for their guests. then I would buy a Saab convertible in lime green... I would get a full makeover, including a nose job, and my hair colored and cut, I would hire a personal trainer and dietician that could come over to my house every day and cook for me and make me work out in my ownpersonal fitness center. I would travel to a new place every two months starting with Australia in March...then on an African safari in May...the French Riviera in July...Sometimes I would even bring some of you with me. You could say, "Where to this month, Katie?" and I'd say, "ohhh..lets see...I feel like going to Hawaii. Should I buy you a ticket?" If I had a lot of money, I would definitely have to keep my values in check. I wouldn't want to be like those people who forget where they came from or let money destroy their marriage and family. Finally, if I won a hundred million, every time I went out to eat, I would tip the waiter or waitress $100...because you gotta take care of the "little people."

Susan said- "If I won that much money, I am afraid it would not be good for me. I would enjoy it. We would not have to worry about our retirement. As a matter of fact Dad could retire whenever he wanted. I could stop going to yard sales and the dump and stop selling things. I cannot imagine. We could stop buying sales at the supermarket. I could stop getting all stressed out each month when I paid the bills. We could eat out sometimes at The Rams Head Inn instead of Pat and Steve's. I would buy Dad a new four wheel drive car so we could get through the snow. I would keep Petunia.
The things I would do: Build a beautiful new church building for the church in East Hampton. Hire a youth minister to take care of all those kids. Hire another minister to work with young adults. Give each one of my children a big check to do whatever they wanted to do with it. Take the whole family on a disney cruise. Take the whole family for a vacation every year in a place like Hawaii or Ireland. Find some needy families to help. Hire someone to clean my house. It will never happen but it is fun to dream."

Joey said - "Of course, I would spend the money on something important that would benefit everyone, like ending world hunger, or bringing world peace... whatever it is, it will be nothing special just for myself............. JUST KIDDING! You think I'd do something like that?! I'd probably get a big old mansion in NC, with a giant plasma-screen TV with every game consol known to man! Or I could just stay here in Okinawa, get a few things, take a vacation every once and a while, and most importantly, give all the money to my mom and dad, cause they're so cool (they told me to say that)!"
Shannon said - "If I won 100,000,000 I would buy myself a, like Joey said, mansion.  I would buy a cell phone for myself, and a few of my friends like Ryan, Jessica, and some of my friends here that you would'nt know of.  If any one of you guys wanted to visit here, I'd pay!"
